These terms govern your use of the Claude Context Switcher extension and website ("the Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Claude Context Switcher is a browser extension that copies a conversation you select on Claude.ai into the message box on ChatGPT. It does not submit messages on your behalf; you remain in control of what is sent.

2. Not affiliated

The Service is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT). "Claude" and "ChatGPT" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Your use of Claude and ChatGPT remains subject to those companies' own terms.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service only with content you have the right to use and transfer.
Do not use it to violate the terms of Claude, ChatGPT, or any other service.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the Service.

4. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan is provided at no cost. The Pro plan costs $2.00 USD per month, billed monthly through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Changes to pricing

We may change Pro pricing or features. If we do, we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice by email before the change takes effect.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Because Claude and ChatGPT control their own page layouts, transfers may occasionally fail or be incomplete, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Insert your governing jurisdiction.]
